A truly sublime cheese. Made by Nicola Robinson and Martin Gott on the Holker Estate in Cumbria, St James is made from their herd of 100 Lacaune sheep. St James is a mind-blowing cheese, with savoury flavours (think beef dripping!) and a rich sweetness. St James is a seasonal, fairly rare, cheese and is an essential one to have on the very best cheese plate.
