Based on the classic French Alpine cheese Morbier, this cheese is worthy of the love. The stunning line of ash draws the eye, the taste is incredible: the rind is meaty and savoury, while the paste has aromas of warm milk and hay. The flavours are comforting and rich, reminding us of melted butter and fresh hazelnuts
